Why work with Ozer?

OZER is a boutique structural engineering firm specializing in existing buildings, including commercial and mixed-use projects. Our work is field-driven and practical, focused on understanding how structures are built, how they perform over time, and how to improve them responsibly.

Early-career engineers build their foundation through hands-on existing-conditions assessments—often in houses and small commercial buildings—while developing the judgment, communication skills, and technical discipline needed for more complex commercial work. This work emphasizes site investigation, construction observation, and clear engineering guidance delivered directly to clients, architects, and contractors.
