Jobs at Ozer Engineering
Why Work at Ozer?
Ozer is a boutique structural engineering firm focused on existing buildings, new structures and art installations. We help owners, architects, artists, landscape architects, and contractors figure out how a structure is really performing — and how to strengthen, repair, or improve it without guesswork.
We're not a firm that stays behind a desk. Our engineers are in crawlspaces, up in attics, and walking job sites — seeing firsthand how structures are actually put together, not just how they look on paper. That hands-on approach is how we diagnose problems and give clients guidance they can actually build on.
If you're passionate about living in Memphis and doing the work that impacts our city everyday we'd love to hear from you.
