The Visible Music College student housing at 200 Madison Avenue, showcases our innovation when working in confined urban sites. This four story building, designed by archimania, has 50 micro-living spaces each equipped with a kitchen and bathroom.

The building's structure is primarily conventional light-wood framing. Foundations consist of shallow footings cantilevering from a central spine to support the exterior walls. Cantilevering on both sides is necessary to avoid adjacent building footings and infrastructure. Steel framing was used only in the community spaces.
